D28 Ladram Bay Caravan…

D28 Ladram Bay is a 6 berth light and bright static Caravan situated in Monks View within easy walking distances to the local amenities. The Caravan has a well stocked kitchen and a spacious sitting room with a 43” Freeview TV & DVD player. It has a collection of DVD’s for all ages that you are more than welcome to use !

This two bed caravan has a double bedroom with plenty of storage and access to a toilet and shower. This room also comes with its own Freeview TV and DVD.
Fresh linen is provided and each bed has a laundered mattress protector but towels are not supplied.

The second bedroom has twin beds, which can easily convert into a double. Additionally there is a concealed sofa bed within the large lounge area and there is also a second separate toilet.

Outside, D28 has its own seating area with a 5 seater outdoor sofa and table, enabling you to really relax and enjoy the recently designed enclosed patio area.

The caravan comes with its own parking space.
